Diane MacMillan started volunteering with the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program in 2004, and has spent countless hours planning, organizing, training and recruiting volunteers to assist her during tax time. Through meetings with other local co-ordinators, she became involved with Family Services Thames Valley, as well as with Prosper Canada, where she conducts classroom-style courses in financial empowerment.
