Wayne Chan has dedicated seven years to the Royal Canadian Air Cadets, first as a youth member and later as an instructor and builder. From participating in annual parades and fundraisers to helping establish Richmond Hill's new 8 Globemaster Squadron, where he provides leadership to young Canadians of various backgrounds, Wayne has shown a genuine commitment to both youth development and his community.
