Albert Rivard

For more than six decades, Albert Rivard has contributed to many organizations in New Brunswick and in Ottawa, including Scouts Canada, Bruyère Health, and the RCMP Veterans’ Association. He was instrumental in establishing the RCMP National Memorial Cemetery at Beechwood, and has made significant contributions to The Quarterly magazine.
