Lorne Clifford is the founder, pipe major, chief instructor, musical director, composer, arranger and visionary behind the Thunder Bay Police Pipe Band. For the past 35 years, he has been committed to building relationships between the Thunder Bay Police Service and the public, as well as to promoting the strong Celtic culture and heritage of northwestern Ontario.
