As a founding director of the Wilno Heritage Society, Edward Chippior helps to preserve the Kashubian culture and heritage of the village of Wilno, Ontario. Since 1997, he has contributed real estate and thousands of volunteer hours towards the establishment of the Wilno Kashub Heritage Park in order to honour the pioneers of his community.
