Michael MacDonald has been with the Vancouver Police Pipe Band over the past 15 years, performing with the group at local, interprovincial and international events. He is also a member of the Seaforth Highlanders of Canada, and volunteers with the Canadian Cadet Corps as a bagpipe and flight instructor.
