Jack Mogus has been a leader in his community since the age of 11. He has organized shoreline cleanups, collected donated skates for First Nations children in northern Ontario, co-founded the Oakville Leos Club, and founded Change by YOUth, a local organization that encourages volunteerism and leadership among young people.
