Gilles Cloutier chaired the Board of Directors of the Gîte Ami for several years, in addition to planning and safely preparing meals, coordinating social activities and participating in fundraising. He also volunteered with food drives at the Paroisse Saint-Pierre-Chanel and was a Scout leader with Scouts Canada.
