Wali Mohamed has spent more than a decade giving back to causes associated with the Canadian military and his Muslim faith. His facilitation of multi-faith services at CFB Borden has brought military personnel from many different communities together, and his work with the Royal Canadian Legion and the Royal Canadian Air Cadets has helped armed forces members with their training and recognition.
