Jim Killin has volunteered for the past 20 years with Air Canada's Dreams Take Flight program, which takes over 170 children with special needs on a one-day trip to Disney World each year. He has made a difference to more than 3 400 children in the Quebec region and has recently expanded the program to include children from military bases.
