Bob Cade has volunteered with the Duke of Edinburgh's International Award since 2006. As a member of its board of directors, he has been instrumental in the creation of by-laws for the Saskatchewan division. He serves as the division vice-president, chairs the governance committee, and is a member of the risk management and executive committees.
