Matthew Carson has improved the lives of veterans through the outreach program of the Royal Canadian Legion, and as the co-founder and leader of the NATO Veterans Organization of Canada. His work in the field of Canadian aeronautics heritage has also furthered our national understanding of the development of aviation in Canada.
