For 12 years, Jill Justice has had an impact and influence on the arts scene of Pender Island. Through her work as chairperson of the Pender Island Concert Society, she has gone above and beyond her required duties in order to host first-class Canadian talent and promote emerging and established artists, enriching her community in the process.
