In addition to coaching several high school sports teams, Duncan Leblanc has been involved with Special Olympics Ontario for the past decade, most recently as part of the coaching staff of the 2016 National Winter Games. Since 2005, he has been serving as a representative for Autism Ontario on the local school board's Special Education Advisory Committee.
