Robert Le Bouthillier has devoted 42 years to the scouts, imparting the organization's values in a broad range of roles, from geocaching instructor to member of the Jamboree organizing team. He has also served with the Adventurers Association of Baden-Powell since 1975, and was a coordinator of World Youth Day in 2002.
