A volunteer with the scouts for 14 years, Jacques Dagenais has been a member of the district board of directors since 2007, of the district training committee since 2014, and has been its president since 2015. He played a key role in the amalgamation that led to the creation of the Trois Rives district, with which he continues to provide oversight.
