Don Flynn has been a leader for more than 35 years with Scouts Canada and, most recently, with the Parkdale Food Centre. As chair of the food bank, he has facilitated the expansion of the organization's services and programs, helped engage stakeholders and created a welcoming environment at the centre's new location.
