Over 40 years ago, Michelle Gélinas-Rheault began volunteering in her parish by watering flowers in the municipal park. Since then, she has helped those in need by raising funds for and donating her time to the Centre hospitalier Cooke and the Fondation régionale pour la santé de Trois-Rivières.
