Since 1977, Alexander Moseanu has volunteered with the Army Cadet League of Canada, and has been a positive mentor for youth engaged in the cadet movement. He has been an aide-de-camp to the lieutenant governor of Ontario for 20 years and was the honorary lieutenant-colonel of the 32 Signal Regiment from 2011 to 2015.
