Chantal Lefrançois enjoys mentoring youth in her role as a civilian instructor with the Royal Canadian Sea Cadet Corps and the Navy League of Canada Cadet Corps in Longueil and Sainte-Catherine. She also serves as a board member of the Equinox Youth Club and distributes food baskets to families in need every December.
