For more than 30 years, Donna Hillman has been a steadfast supporter of the Girl Guides of Canada at the district, area and provincial levels. In addition to her many years as a Guide, she has offered her financial expertise to many units, and is noted for leading her district through a turbulent but successful amalgamation of three areas.
