Brian O’Brien has been active in his community for over 50 years. His work restoring the Holy Cross Cemetery, as well as his volunteer service with the Charitable Irish Society of Halifax and a host of medical associations, have significantly contributed to the improved health and welfare of Nova Scotians over several generations.
