Dr. Hardy Friesen has brought medical and dental care to developing countries through his volunteer work with the Peterborough Medical Brigade, which he established in 2001. As director, he is not only involved in the administration of the program, but has also led teams of trained medical personnel into isolated rural areas to provide free health care to impoverished communities.
