Since 2010, Louise Robitaille has been a front-line team member at The Ottawa Hospital, serving as an ambassador in the Intensive Care Unit Family Lounge and at the Information Desk. In addition to directly supporting patients and their families, she screens and interviews new volunteers, thereby helping to shape the image of the hospital volunteer program for the coming years.
