For over 30 years, Richard Bouchard has been putting his knowledge of cartography to good use for the benefit of the community, notably working with the Comité pour le bien-être des citoyens de La Sablière; the advisory committee on planning for the borough of Beauport; the advisory commission on urban security for the City of Québec; the agricultural advisory committee for the City of Québec; and the Club de Villégiature du Lac Algonquin. With each of these organizations, his volunteer work and expertise are helping to improve the quality of life of his fellow citizens.
