Rea Smith has been a board member and judge with Communities in Bloom (CiB) British Columbia for over six years, in addition to serving as chair of the vegetable division in the Interprovincial Fair, and helping with Armstrong's community garden and the Christmas dinner. As a volunteer and a leader, she continually promotes teamwork and kinship.
