Since 2011, Nicole Gagné has been volunteering with the Conseil québécois du sentier Transcanadien and the Club des randonneurs équestres de Portneuf. She is involved in every stage of the trail-building process, from assessing the environment, to planning routes and helping with infrastructure development.
