Marvin Neumann is committed to preserving Canada's military history on the former Canadian Forces Base Griesbach in North Edmonton. He has spearheaded several commemorative events and monuments to recognize local veterans, particularly the members of Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry. His latest event took place in November 2015, when Flanders Park was dedicated to mark the 100th anniversary of John McCrae's iconic poem.
