For the past six years, Nicolas Ouellette has led by example in his community. As a cadet, he has fundraised for the Lighting Hawk Royal Canadian Air Cadet Squadron and helped coordinate numerous Remembrance Day ceremonies. At Walnut Grove Secondary School, he mentored students as a Gator quality ambassador , and launched the Duke of Edinburgh's Awards program at his school and at Cadets.
