For over 25 years, Margaret Broderick has been a volunteer with the Canadian Cancer Society, providing peer support, raising funds and driving patients to medical appointments as part of the Wheels of Hope program, sometimes travelling up to 400 kilometres a day. She creates a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for those she helps while giving back to her community in one form or another.
