For the past 18 years, Sally Ferguson has helped young students improve their literacy skills at Sir Alexander Mackenzie Elementary School. She is the longest-serving volunteer in the One to One Literacy program, where she has guided close to 100 children to become better students by helping them build their skills and gain confidence in themselves.
