For over 15 years, Mignonne Thibault-Gagné has been making and sewing clothing for stillborn babies. In that time, she has made over 1000 outfits. With this kind and generous act, she is showing that each and every child is special, offering some measure of comfort to parents during a difficult time in their lives.
