Throughout 10 years of volunteering with the Navy League of Canada, Guylaine Laplante has served as instructor, second commander and commander, and has coordinated annual inspection training for cadets and officers. She has also been an assistant coach and official scorer with the Association du baseball mineur de Valleyfield.
