For 30 years, Betty Gulliver has been a devoted volunteer with the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program, processing thousands of tax returns each year. At clinics in St. John's and at the Seniors Resource Centre of Newfoundland and Labrador, she ensures elderly persons continue to receive the credits and benefits to which they are entitled.
