For over 15 years, Andrea Grimes has helped the veterans of Essex County and engaged the local population in matters of Canadian history. She has worked on several commemorative ventures in her area, including the Essex-Kent Scottish Regiment's Dieppe Memorial Project and the new HMCS Hunter Naval Reserve facility. She has raised awareness and funds through the Trot with the Troops run, the annual Voices from the Front.to the Front photo installation and Windsor's annual military conference.
