Barbara Phillips
Grand Bay-Westfield, New Brunswick

Barbara Phillips has been an active community volunteer for the last 45 years. Her efforts have been primarily directed towards promoting education and helping families in need. She joined the River Valley Lions/Lioness Club in 1985, and was a Brownies and Beavers leader for 30 years. She has also supported the Grand Bay Baptist Church and the Grand Bay Recreation Department. Presently, she is one of the driving forces behind a project to create a retirement residence for low-income seniors.
