Having cared for her dying husband and a family friend, Dixie Peters continues to offer her support and understanding to grieving family members and friends. She became a volunteer facilitator for a bereavement group, donating hundreds of hours a year to others in need as she shares with them her first-hand experience. A compassionate individual, she continues to offer support to persons having to deal with grief.
