For Cécile Hubler, retirement from the work force has meant working full-time as a volunteer for the past thirty years. She has devoted considerable time and energy to the Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue Children's Library, the Golden Age Foundation and the local Meals on Wheels program. In particular, she has committed herself to the well-being of veterans, volunteering full-time, five days a week, at the Liaison of War Veterans Centre and visiting veterans at Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue Hospital on weekends.
