Governor General's Caring Canadian Award
Bill Dube has been involved for years, often in a leadership capacity, in organizations which provide training to youth and services to veterans and others. For thirty-five years, he commanded the local Army Cadet Corps, which was the first cadet program to include female members. Mr. Dube has been an active member of the Royal Canadian Legion for more than forty years. He regularly visits those who are elderly, sick and in need.
