Evelyn Hall has long been dedicated, both professionally and in a volunteer capacity, to making the best possible health care available to her fellow citizens. Her voluntary efforts, over a two-year period, were largely responsible for Fillmore Hospital becoming a fully functioning health centre. She also spent many unpaid hours preparing her staff for training courses and ensuring that local ambulance equipment and expertise were current. Mrs. Hall accompanies the volunteer ambulance as a volunteer nurse when required.
