Governor General's Caring Canadian Award

While residing in Alberta, William Brace founded an Optimist Club in Peace River and sponsored similar clubs in several other Alberta municipalities, as well as in Winnipeg. He has also been involved in many youth programs sponsored by the Masonic Lodge. He spends countless volunteer hours teaching future magicians and performing for numerous charities while encouraging others to do the same. In addition, Mr. Brace is a co-facilitator with the Alzheimer Support Society.
