Governor General's Caring Canadian Award

Glenn Scott constantly demonstrates his genuine interest in people. A former university professor, he is a member of the board of directors of Frontier College, a volunteer-based literacy organization. He spends countless hours tutoring students with learning disabilities, planning student recognition events, assisting with special projects and developing quality standards for literacy programs. Mr. Scott is also a director of Big Brothers of Metropolitan Toronto, and is involved in the Employee Assistance Program Association of Toronto, the Shaw Festival and the Stratford Festival.
