Prosser L. Moran, Leamington, Ont.
Governor General's Caring Canadian Award

Prosser Lincoln Moran has been a Scout leader for almost sixty years, working with youth and serving as one of the mainstays of all aspects of the Scouting movement in his community. In addition to his contributions to Scouting, he is an active volunteer at Henry Community Camp in Point Pelee National Park, helps with youth recreational programs at Chesley Lake Camp and is a committed member of his church.
