Agathe Doucet and Gilberte Pitre have long been concerned with the needs of persons with disabilities and have expressed their compassion through volunteering in a variety of ways. To respond to the needs of adults with disabilities and their families, they helped to form an organization called Réseau Services Chaleur that helps re-integrate disabled adults into the community. For decades, Mrs. Doucet and Mrs. Pitre have helped to improve the quality of life for many special needs families in their community.
