Michel Kinumbe, a medical student originally from the Democratic Republic of Congo, dedicates much of his spare time to young people in his community of Sherbrooke, Quebec. From 1998 until 2007, Mr. Kinumbe has worked with the Fédération des communautés culturelles de l'Estrie, and for the past 10 years has been an organizer of the Festival des Traditions du Monde. The youth of Sherbrooke continue to benefit greatly from Mr. Kinumbe's international perspective and continual giving.
