Mr. James A. MacCarthy, West Vancouver
Since 1980, Jim MacCarthy has shown exceptional leadership with respect to saving Wild Pacific salmon. He is the founding member of the Coho Society and the Pacific Federation of Streamkeepers. He has been behind many educational programs that raised environmental awareness among the public about the protection and enhancement of the area's salmon habitat.
