John MacKenzie has supported athletic achievement in his community and in Nova Scotia for many years. He has coached both soccer and rugby, notably the Nova Scotia Agricultural College's men's rugby team as well as male and female rugby teams at the high school level. He has changed many lives by promoting teamwork, leadership and a strong work ethic.
