Benoît Lavoie

Since 1988, Benoît Lavoie has volunteered as a figure skating judge at world championship competitions and Olympic games. He has served as Skate Canada's president, chair of its board of directors, and its representative at many national and international meetings, including those conducted with the Canadian Olympic Committee. He is also a technical controller and a referee, and has conducted seminars for new skating judges in Canada and abroad.
