Guy Parent has volunteered in his community for more than 50 years. He was instrumental in the creation of the Samaritaine Centre, which offers services to families in need and includes a storefront where low-cost food, clothing and household items can be purchased. He also participated in the creation of affordable housing in the Amherst area.
