Keith Hillier has dedicated his services to the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program in Grand Bank for 14 years, successfully filing over 175 tax returns last year alone. He is also involved in many other community activities, such as serving as the treasurer of Grand Bank's Come Home Year event.
